SMS / messaging terms
This page describes FiSa Invest's SMS messaging program and how to opt in and out.
The program
FiSa Invest sends recurring automated SMS alerts to Premium subscribers who explicitly opt in. The messages notify you when our AI ensemble publishes a high-conviction investment-research idea, so you don't have to keep checking the app. Messages are sent by FiSa Invest to the individual subscriber who provided their number — they are not marketing blasts and are never sent to anyone who hasn't opted in.
How you opt in (consent)
SMS alerts are off by default. To turn them on, a signed-in Premium subscriber goes to Profile → Notifications → High-conviction alerts (SMS), checks the consent box (it is never pre-checked), and enters their mobile number. The consent box reads:
“I agree to receive recurring automated SMS investment-research alerts from FiSa Invest at the number below. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically up to once per day); message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies and depends on market activity — typically up to once per day, and often less. Message and data rates may apply. FiSa Invest does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out & help
Reply STOPto any message to unsubscribe at any time; you'll receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@fisainvest.com. You can also turn alerts off anytime in Profile → Notifications.
